Spicy Asian Apricot Wings
. 2 pounds chicken wings (about 8). 1 cup apricot preserves
. 1 1/2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
. 1/2 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce
. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Remove tips from chicken wings and discard; cut remaining wings in half and
place in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Combine apricot preserves, soy sauce, TABASCO® Habanero Sauce, and garlic in
a small bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds and stir. Pour sauce over
wings and toss to coat well. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to re-coat wings with glaze. Increase temperature to 450°F and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer
or until dark brown.
Makes 4 servings.
